• Consumer Behavior Module is one of the main courses in business administration colleges in the world. This course adopts problem-based learning approach (PBL) in teaching, and focuses mainly on essential topics that help students to have a good understanding of consumer behavior theories, and practices in the world. This, in turn, will allow students to be able to understand, discuss, and resolve real-world problems with the focus being placed on the Libyan culture and context.

• The course covers wide range of relevant themes such as: consumer behavior definition, marketers and consumers, consumer marketplace, consumer motivation, consumer information processing and decision making, consumer perception, consumer learning, consumer attitudes, external influences on consumer behavior and organizational buying behavior.
