· Management / Accouting in Contemporary Contexts is one of the main courses in business administration colleges. This course adopts problem-based learning approach (PBL) in teaching, and focuses mainly on essential topics that help students to have a good understanding of management practices in developed, developing and transitional countries. It compares past, current and future management theory and practices. American, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Islamic management styles are such themes that should be covered by this module. This, in turn, will allow students to be able to understand, discuss, and resolve real-world modern management problems. New emerged management themes should be included, and it is recommended that the lecturer should keep his focus on such new emergent management issues over the world.
