National Center for Health System Development Honors LIMU for Its Role in First National Health Forum In appreciation of LIMU’s significant participation, which greatly contributed to the success of the First National Forum for Health System Development in Libya, the Director General of the National Center for Health System Development, Dr. Meftah Twaileb, and the office director, Younis Al-Anizi, honored the university’s president, Dr. Mohammed Saad Embarek. The forum began on August 7, 2025, under the sponsorship of the Libyan House of Representatives and the direct supervision of the National Center for Health System Development. LIMU hosted the second day of this important national forum. The university’s role was not limited to hosting; its president enriched the scientific sessions with a distinguished intervention that was well received by everyone. The valuable contributions of the university’s professors also greatly enriched the forum’s events. In a statement to the media center, Dr. Twaileb said, “Today, we honor LIMU, in the person of its president, who provided us with all the help we needed to ensure the success of the First National Forum for the Advancement of the Health System in Libya, which had broad participation from all parts of the country.” He added, “The spirit of cooperation between the public and private sectors was embodied in its finest form, with a convergence of goals and concerted efforts to achieve our ambitions.”
