Our Graduates Speak Through Their Success

(Rana) A LIMU Alumna Publishes Research Across Global Platforms
The modern learning methodologies integrated at Libyan International University from day one are what empower and qualify students to compete both locally and globally. The university is dedicated to shaping the scientific character of its students as researchers, instilling the ethics of rigorous research methods in their minds.
Following this approach, (Rana Adel Al-Maqsabi), a graduate of the School of Medicine at LIMU, submitted a distinguished research paper to the Medical Research Center in Dubai. The center approved the research, and due to its significance, it was published in several international outlets, including the Cureus Journal of Medical Science based in San Francisco, California. Published on their digital platform, the research focuses on Leptospirosis—a bacterial infection characterized by symptoms such as high fever, headaches, and muscle pain. The condition can progress to severe complications, including kidney failure, jaundice, or acute pulmonary hemorrhage.
