Since its founding in 2007, Libyan International University has stayed committed to involving stakeholders in shaping its policies and directions. This ensures their active contribution toward enriching LIMU’s national educational and knowledge-driven mission, while keeping them informed about strategic programs and scientific and accreditation milestones. Upholding this valued practice, the Scout Leader Ali Khalifa Al-Zaidi Hall hosted the regular stakeholder meeting organized by the pharmacy programs on Saturday morning, July 18, 2026. The gathering was attended by Prof. Dr. Suleiman Al-Sharif, Director of the Master of Clinical Pharmacy Program; Dr. Ismail Adam Arbab, Director of the Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences Program; and Dr. Maryam Al-Sheilabi, Director of the PharmD Program.

The meeting featured a comprehensive review of key priorities defining the upcoming stage, with discussions focusing on the following areas:
Reviewing program accomplishments during the 2025–2026 academic year.
Discussing the strategic plan for the School of Medical and Health Sciences alongside the operational plan for the pharmacy programs.
Highlighting local accreditations achieved by the PharmD program.
Following up on the international accreditation process with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
Examining clinical training mechanisms and the comprehensive exam to guarantee top-tier educational outcomes.
Reviewing scientific research initiatives and fostering innovation.

The event stood out for its broad participation by a select group of academics from Benghazi. This diversity enriched the interactive brainstorming sessions, with attendees offering constructive ideas and creative proposals that directly advance the program’s future goals.
