As we search the memory of the Libyan International University on the threshold of its founding anniversary, these two historical photographs of two heroic martyrs associated with this institution rose before us. They were among its pioneers and supporters before the hand of dark minded terrorists, the hand of baseness and betrayal, reached them:
The martyr of the word, the heroic martyr, journalist, and human rights defender Professor Muftah Bouzid, and the heroic martyr, lawyer, human rights defender, and poet Abdelsalam El-Mesmari, the author of the saying:
“Libya, even if the struggle is long.”
