A Workshop On Mechanisms Of Transition From Traditional Education To E-learning

Today, Wednesday, August 12, 2020 AD, a workshop was held on virtual screens on mechanisms of transition from traditional education to e-learning.

The workshop was organized by the Libyan Association for Quality and Excellence in Education in cooperation with the Libyan International University for Medical Sciences and the Association of Arab Universities. The target of the workshop are directors of quality assurance offices in Libyan governmental universities, in addition to members of the Libyan Society for Quality and Excellence in Education, employees of the Libyan International University for Medical Sciences, experts, and those interested in quality in the field of education.

The discussion session, which was chaired by Mrs. / Dr. Salama Boukhatt, \”Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Libyan International University for Medical Sciences\”, included the following:

1 A word by Mr. / Prof. Hussein Marjeen, \”President of the Libyan Association for Quality and Excellence in Education.\”

2 A word by Mr. / Prof. Mohamed Saad Embark, “President of the Libyan International University for Medical Sciences,” delivered it on his behalf by Mr. / Prof. Al-Senussi Muhammad Al-Taher, \”University Vice President for Academic Affairs.\”

The main intervention of the workshop, presented by Mr. / Prof. Abdel-Rahim Al-Hunaiti, \”Assistant Secretary of the Association of Arab Universities and Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Council in the Federation.\”

In the presence of a group of specialists, for about three hours, an important discussion took place about the possibility of converting Libyan governmental universities to e-learning and the role of the Association of Arab Universities in this matter with the possibility of benefiting from the educational platform established by the Association of Arab Universities in particular
