Dr. Jamal Al-Talhi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the LIMU, met with the President of the Arab Council for Health Specialties, Professor Dr. Mohamed Al-Swehli, along with his companions Dr. Damheran Tarabia, Dr. Ziad Ayoub, and Dr. Abdelmoula Al-Ammari, in the presence of the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Essam Al-Danaa, the General Supervisor of the Clinical Stage, Dr. Bashir Al-Aribi, and Dr. Osman Al-Tajouri, Head of the Research Unit at the Faculty of Medicine.
During this meeting, they discussed the areas of cooperation between the LIMU and the Health Specialties Council.
Coordination was made to hold a meeting on the platform affiliated with the Council to present the achievements of the university, learning strategies, and evaluation methods. They also agreed to increase communication and the participation of LIMU with its expertise in the activities of the Council.
The attendees agreed to give a lecture to the medical students during this week in coordination with the Medical Specialties Council, on Monday, March 4, 2024. Al-Talhi then accompanied the university guests on a tour of the premises of the LIMU, where they were briefed on the educational activities there.
