Faculty of Medicine :

A journey of toil and hardship (6 years) in the challenging circumstances they faced, but they and their university were up to the challenge, the students of the tenth year, or “fifth year,” draw joy on their faces and make joy a signifying title with which they conclude their lectures. It appears as though they are sending broad hopes for the expansion of the universe in a brilliant future that will be crowned with success.

Goals

  • Understanding the general and microscopic anatomical structure of the human body, the positions of the various organs and their relationship to each other.
  • Knowing the functions of the human body, understanding the diseases that affect humans and explaining their various causes.
  • Understanding the relationship between the human body and its surroundings, and the normal and pathological interactions that may arise because of it.
  • Acquisition of the skills of showing the medical history, the medical examination, and the skills of various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Knowledge of various diagnostic methods such as laboratory analyzes and diagnostic imaging.
  • Acquiring critical thinking skills and making the right decision, in order to implement treatment plans, whether pharmacological or otherwise.
  • The ability to analyze, criticize and solve dilemmas, in order to arrive at the correct diagnosis and treatment.
  • Acquire the skills that enable him to work independently to determine the priorities and needs of the community.
  • Acquiring the necessary skills for scientific research and development.
  • Acquiring the appropriate behavior that enables him to practice the profession efficiently in the various branches of medicine.
  • Exercise cognitive independence and take responsibility for self-learning.
