Under the patronage of the University President, Prof. Mohamed Saad Ambarek, with participation from university leadership and a notable academic presence, the scientific dialogue titled *”Blue Ocean Strategy and Competitive Advantage – LIMU as a Model”* commenced on Sunday morning, April 12, 2026, at the promising Libya Hall.
The University President opened the session by praising the researchers for their distinguished scientific effort and thanking the attendees for their interest in this vital academic event. He stated:
> Since its founding, Libyan International University has sought to solidify its position as a leading educational institution, not just by delivering knowledge, but by fostering an environment that stimulates creativity, supports scientific research, and anticipates future trends.

* Blue Ocean Strategy and its Impact on Achieving Competitive Advantage through the Workplace Environment as a Mediating Variable at LIMU – Dr. Youssef Mohamed Al-Ghamaty.
