LIMU Leads the Way in Implementing Business Process Management

With Direct Oversight from the President: The Business Process Management Project Reviews Achievements and Assesses Progress


As part of the radical advancements toward comprehensive digital transformation driven by business process management and business intelligence, an extensive meeting was held last Wednesday morning, May 20, 2026. The session aimed to monitor the student-related processes that were successfully automated and launched during the current academic year.
The meeting was attended by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Mohamed Saad Ambarek, alongside Mr. Fathi Kourd, Director of Public Affairs; Mr. Ibrahim Al-Maghrabi, the University Registrar; and Mr. Bilal Al-Jabour, Director of the Business Process Management Project, in addition to representatives from the Financial Affairs Department and various academic schools and programs.

Attendees discussed methods to optimize current digital workflows, emphasizing the importance of continuous monitoring and improvement to boost operational efficiency and guarantee full compliance according to approved and enhanced pathways.
