Partial Clinical Examinations for Fundamentals of Medicine 

 

Yesterday morning, the Office of Study and Examinations of the faculty of Medicine organized the partial clinical examination for Medical Foundations for the second group of fourth-year students (the tenth batch), after the first group was examined on Wednesday morning.

The fundamentals of medicine class are considered a preparatory class for students, in which they train in basic skills using special dolls, models, and models, before embarking on clinical teaching in hospitals.

It is noteworthy that the test was conducted on the basis of the Objective Structured Clinical Exams method, which is internationally approved to test the \”clinical\” skills of doctors, known as OSCE, where students are examined (within the Clinical Skills Lab of the University), in the educational objectives of the applied curriculum with a multi-station system. In it the merging, integration, and overlap between the different sciences that are included in the educational units.
