Seminar On \”Wound Healing\” For First-year Students At BMS Faculty

Two groups of the first-year students of the faculty of BMS, today, Saturday, presented a seminar \”Seminar\” within the requirements of the fifth week of the educational unit (General Basic Medical Sciences 2) GBMS 2 BLOCK in the form of two presentations \”one title\”: Wound Healing
The first group consisted of students:
(*) Aseel Abdel Baset Mohammed (*) Raja Rajab Youssef (*) Ritaj Abdul Razaq Juma (*) Ali Ramadan Makhlouf.
The second group consisted of students:
(*) Islam Ahmed Quraish (*) Ghazlan Abdul Jalil Al Mahdawi (*) Aya Hassan Abbas (*) Salima Abdul Salam Ibrahim.

Where the students discussed during the first part of the episode, which is called: The TLS session, in which students meet in groups, to discuss what was studied during the week, and write down their questions, inquiries, and observations, then present them to the faculty members, who provide the students with explanations The necessary clarifications, commenting and adding notes, and submitting the educational unit summary (in the presence of educational supervisors).

Then students take a Group Quiz test, in which they answer questions previously prepared by faculty, to further emphasize understanding and comprehension.

Then the video presentation team presented their presentation, which constitutes a summary of what was studied during the week, whether in Brain Storming and Debriefing sessions or in laboratories and lectures, then the faculty members will discuss and evaluate the scientific content of the presentation, in addition to Evaluating the presentation skills according to the form prepared for that and emphasizing students on the depth of the educational goals for the week.

It is noteworthy that students of the first three years studying medicine and the first two years of students studying oral medicine and surgery receive their full education during these years in the faculty of BMS
