In a clear confirmation of its social responsibility, the Libyan International University (LIMU) held its annual “Pink Day” on October 29, 2025.
Organized by the Communication Department and the Women’s Empowerment Office, and with wide participation from various collaborating institutions, the event focused on raising awareness about breast cancer and prevention methods.

He followed up on the initiative with supportive remarks, praising the scientific and community initiative for strengthening LIMU’s ties with its community and fulfilling its moral and scientific responsibility. He highlighted the university’s pioneering role as a center of expertise, making its resources and experience available to contribute to health awareness, offer accurate research, studies, and statistics, and provide rigorous scientific monitoring of the disease. He wished health and recovery for everyone and commended the voluntary efforts of the participating researchers in this highly vital and impactful educational track.
