The President of the American University in Cairo, Dr. Ahmad Dallal, accompanied by Vice President Dr. Ehab Abdel-Rahman, received a delegation from Libyan International University on the morning of Monday, February 2, 2026.
The LIMU delegation included President Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saad Ambarek, Vice President for Learning Affairs Prof. Dr. Abdalla El-Mansoury, Vice President for Graduate Studies Prof. Dr. El-Senussi Taher, and Director of International Cooperation Dr. Muftah El-Tawilb, aimed at strengthening academic communication and exploring joint cooperation.
The meeting featured a constructive discussion focused on mutual introduction and reviewing potential collaboration in education, scientific research, exchange programs, and community service across various Schools. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saad Ambarek presented an overview of the establishment of LIMU, its mission, goals, adopted learning strategies, and its vision for international academic partnership.
Both parties agreed to continue discussions and open direct communication channels to establish practical frameworks for future cooperation, followed by an exchange of commemorative gifts and a comprehensive campus tour of the facilities.
