Mr. Bilal Al-Jabbour, Director of the Business Process Management Project at the Libyan International University, has announced the official launch of academic and financial operations through the Intelligent Student Portal (IAP).
This milestone reflects the university’s vision for comprehensive digital transformation. Following the continuous guidance of the President and collaborative efforts between the project team and various LIMU Schools and departments, a suite of electronic student services was officially launched on Saturday, the tenth of Ramadan (February 28, 2026).
These services include tuition payment, transferring between Schools, registration renewal, and enrollment suspension-all via the IAP. Effective March 1, 2026, all Schools and departments are required to process student transactions exclusively through these new digital mechanisms.
He emphasized that any of the aforementioned procedures conducted manually outside the system will be considered non-compliant with approved processes and will be deemed void.
