Continuing its commitment to fostering a culture of continuous training and learning, the Libyan International University (LIMU) launched the third iteration of its training course on the Qualtrics Survey Platform (QUALTRICS SURVEY PLATFORM – Level 1 Training) on October 25, 2025. This event, held in the university’s academic hall, was supervised by the Center for Training and Continuous Learning.
The course is designed to empower quality assurance team members within the Schools to utilize the platform’s advanced tools for managing academic surveys, data collection, and analysis, as part of LIMU’s ongoing quality improvement and development programs. This recent session targeted new members of the Quality and Accreditation Coordination Office in the School of Medical and Health Sciences, following directives from the Dean, Professor Dr. Adel Al-Twati. Additionally, members from the School of Engineering and Technology participated to further develop their digital skills.
On the first day, participants were briefed on the university’s journey toward digital transformation in academic surveying since 2010. They also covered the preparatory aspects preceding a survey launch, along with hands-on applications of the Qualtrics interface and the various question types used in academic research and projects. The training spanned five full days, during which participants learned to use the platform’s advanced control features to ensure the collection of accurate and reliable data. This data is crucial for enhancing the quality of academic evaluation across the university.
The course was delivered by Trainer Eng. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Awjali, LIMU’s Technical Officer for the Qualtrics platform. This represents a new stride toward an academic future built on intelligent data analysis and sustainable quality.
