AMS applies the graduation project criteria according to the Royal Society of Biological Sciences
A meeting was held during the past two days at the faculty of Applied Medical Sciences (AMS) headed by the Faculty Dean, Prof. Abdullah Al-Mansouri, and in the presence of the faculty’s Vice Dean, Prof. Nuha Al-Naas, Dr. Howayda Khattab, Head of Health Professional Education Department, Dr. Rashad Shawky, Clinical Laboratory Sciences Program Coordinator, Dr. Suzan Al-Houni, Head of the Graduate Studies and Research Unit at the faculty, Dr. Nawar Al-Qumati, and A. Hanin Al-Sharif, on the authority of the quality assurance office in the faculty, as well as in the presence of some of the faculty members.
The discussion centered on the executive mechanisms necessary to achieve the graduation requirements in terms of the student’s involvement in the specialized courses, the identification of training fields and sites in accordance with the agreements concluded with the concerned authorities, and the laying of the foundations for the approval of research projects for students in line with the priorities of practical research and the issuance of a guide for graduation projects, all of these steps come within a number of procedures Which the college is working to implement in order to provide highly qualified graduates to achieve the goals of the university and to meet the needs of society with these modern specializations.
