Day Two of the 25th Arab Scientific Association of Pharmacy Faculties Conference: Empowering Pharmacy Graduates through Scientific Sessions

On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the second day of the 25th Arab Scientific Association of
Pharmacy Faculties Conference, hosted alongside the first international conference at the
LIMU’s Faculty of Pharmacy, featured sessions that continued the event’s mission of
empowering pharmacy graduates across the Arab world. These sessions, conducted by top
professionals and experts, aimed to strengthen graduates’ skills and prepare them for diverse
professional environments in a rapidly advancing field.
The main conference themes included:

  • The role of pharmacy practice in healthcare
  • Artificial intelligence in pharmaceutical sciences and practice
  • Pharmacovigilance and drug economics
  • Innovations in pharmaceutical education
    The conference successfully provided a platform for showcasing research in pharmaceutical
    chemistry, pharmacology, biotechnology, and developing curricula aligned with market needs.
    The sessions on November 3 were moderated by Dr. Taha Hussein and Dr. Heba Al-Shami in
    the first part, and Prof. Hanan Abu Shwereb and Dr. Khaled Mohammad in the second. Key
