The Debating Club is a purposeful student initiative operating under the umbrella of the Libyan International University (LIU). It seeks to spread the culture of debating and constructive dialogue both inside and outside the university, and to contribute to developing the skills of Libyan youth in critical thinking and effective communication.

The club focuses on planning and executing training and educational programs in debating, alongside qualification and awareness activities aimed at promoting the values of objective and scientific dialogue. Through these efforts, the club works to empower students to engage in sophisticated discussions built on argument and evidence. Ultimately, this contributes to preparing a conscious generation capable of persuasion and making a positive impact on society.
