Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences prepares for the new academic year
The Dean of the faculty of Basic Medical Sciences (BMS), Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Mansouri, chaired a supplementary meeting to determine the faculty\’s preparations for the new academic year 2020/2021 AD, where recommendations of previous meetings were presented in particular, and the implementation steps and assignments were approved, such as working on a mechanism for preparing remote lectures.
And study updating job description based on the new plans for the next academic year, and making adjustments to the academic agenda in line with the alternative plan to confront the Corona pandemic, in addition to training courses.
The meeting was attended by the faculty Vice Dean, Prof. Noha Al-Naas, Director of the Quality Assurance Officer, and Coordinator of the Academic Agenda at the faculty, in addition to the Director of the Documentation Office.
The holding of these meetings comes within the framework of closely monitoring the progress of the educational process and the faculty\’s keenness to complete the tasks and apply blended learning to ensure the safety of its students and educational staff and prepare for the new academic year in the best way.
