Last Thursday morning, the 15th of June 2023, the dental center at LIMU completed the work of its training course, which was intended for interns and graduates from institutions other than the university. Two batches of the training course have completed the course. The Libyan International Medical University’s dean of the faculty of dentistry, Dr. Al-Senussi Taher, the dental center’s director, Asmaa Al-Mismari, and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jaroushi, as well as the faculty members, educational coordinators, and auxiliary medical staff, all attended the closing ceremonies. For the course, which is part of the continuous professional development system (CPD), certificates were given out detailing the hours, lectures, and labs.

LIMU Runs a Large-scale Campaign in Honor of World Blood Donation Day.
The Libyan International Medical University strengthens its societal role and mission every day by instilling noble values, foremost of which is the value of volunteering, supporting important community institutions, and establishing partnerships with organizations that adopt the value of volunteering and put it into practice through its programs. Based on the aforementioned, the faculty of applied medical sciences of the Libyan International Medical University (LIMU), in collaboration with the central blood bank Benghazi and the general movement of scouts and girl guides, and in honor of World Blood Donation Day, organized a blood donation campaign for the Benghazi central blood bank this morning, Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at LIMU's main campus. Today was brightened by wonderful scenes that uphold the values of charitable volunteering and highlight it in the most beautiful way, and strengthen the status of a role model as this university's leaders and students both took the initiative to actively participate in the campaign.It is noteworthy that this campaign has been planned in accordance with the university’s social responsibility policy, which it uses to engage in a variety of events and activities aimed at elaborating on the meanings of cooperation, solidarity, and humanitarian action.
