Fourth year students at the Faculty of Pharmacy attended this morning\’s debriefing session at the educational goals of the 15th Educational Unit Neurological & Psychological Disorders Block XV.
At the Debriefing session, the students presented and discussed the information they had extracted from scientific Books and References, and to see if they complied with the learning goals they had developed through the Brainstorming session, in which they had previously analyzed Information and Ideas for discussion.
At the end of the \”Debriefing\” session, students assessed their performance according to what is known as peer evaluation.
It is worth mentioning that through this method or Educational system the student has the opportunity to Research and scrutinize educational Objectives and consult the educational supervisor in what is known as \’\’ Tutor \’\’ to know the depth and accuracy of the Information.
Brainstorming and Debriefing sessions are held by the Problem Based Learning (PBL), a science known as Self Learning in which the student learns and research himself , and the PBL system or method is characterized by a system, a sophisticated Education that puts the student in front of a specific dilemma that he or she is discussing.
