Yesterday, Basic Medical Science faculty first year students attended a simulation lab entitled \’the biological effect of drugs\’ and used Receptor Binding software, under the supervision of Dr Hwaida Khatab.
The students were able to plan out a dose response curve, which allows our future doctors to distinguish each drugs properties and also allow them to differentiate between the same drugs from different pharmaceutical companies to enable the best drug to be chosen.
