Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Gharyani hosted During his Public Administration lecture this morning for the first semester of the Faculty of Business Administration and in the presence of the faculty dean, the Director of the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Privatization Affairs – Eastern Region Branch Abdul Nasser Najm, to talk about public sector companies, the problems and obstacles they face, the concept and mechanisms of privatization and their economic effects in the medium and long term, and some examples of privatizations and investment promotion from the Libyan reality.
