The Fourth Annual Stakeholder Meeting at The Faculty of Pharmacy
On Saturday morning, January 30, 2021 AD, the fourth annual Stakeholder Meeting was held at the faculty of Pharmacy, where the meeting included the following items:
1. Review what has been accomplished in the program in accordance with the strategic plan 2016-2020.
2. The vision and mission of the program to achieve the strategic plan 2021-2023.
3. Report the results of a questionnaire to determine the training needs and competencies of the graduate pharmacists working at the Benghazi Medical Center.
4. Research projects in the faculty and intensification of work on them with students of the final years of the program.
5. Community activities for students of the program and volunteer work for community service.
6. Results of stakeholder satisfaction on training program students.
7. Results of stakeholder satisfaction for the third annual meeting, which was held in February 2020.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Pharmacists Syndicate \”Benghazi Branch\”, Al-Galaa Hospital \”Benghazi\”, community pharmacies, drug companies, students of different years of the faculty, parents of students, faculty members, and the auxiliary elements within the program.
The faculty of Pharmacy is keen to link its program with the community to meet its needs and actively participate in solving the problems of the profession. In addition, many different stakeholders provide a suitable environment for training students of the faculty of Pharmacy under the direct supervision of faculty members in the faculty so that the student can be integrated into the work environment to get to know it and acquire sufficient skills before leaving the labor market.
