The Libyan International University for Medical Sciences (LIMU), the first private Libyan medical university (established in 2007), aims to graduate highly qualified specialists in various health fields, who are able to deal with the health needs of the community, and adopt lifelong learning strategies and interaction with health problems according to priorities At the national, regional and international levels, it seeks to meet the national needs for health research and professional development programs.
