The Libyan International University for Medical Sciences celebrated on Friday evening, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Saad Okoub, the graduation of the eighth batch of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, in an atmosphere of joy and pleasure, joy and excitement that students, their professors, and their parents lived after harvesting the fruits of strenuous efforts for years The university was keen to provide a scientific environment worthy of it, its leadership, excellence and uniqueness in its methodology and learning methods.
The President of the University Council, Prof. Muhammad Saad affirmed that the establishment of the Libyan International University, \”the first national scientific institution\” ten years ago (in 2007 AD), was a real challenge and a bold and serious initiative to advance the level of education in Libya and that the university is moving forward in achieving its distinguished scientific project despite all the difficulties and obstacles it has faced and is facing. By relying on the foundations of quality and international standards, according to the latest developments, technologies, curricula, and study systems, with the quality of the educational process, and improving analytical, critical and creative skills by adopting reliable modern teaching methods that move away from traditional education and focus on student-centered education, and on a realistic strategy for self-organized learning. A guide, in order to acquire knowledge and develop skills and talents related to professional and life practice for future generations, which would enable them to be among the ranks of international universities.
The Dean of the faculty of Medicine and Oral and Dental Surgery, Prof. Al-Senussi Al-Tahir, expressed his pride and pride in his graduate students, praising their seriousness in learning, their determination and their eagerness to excel, and recalling the great role played by faculty members and the quality of modern learning systems and methods, which the university has wagered on in the superiority of its outputs, internally and at the international university abroad.
The University Registrar Prof. Ibrahim Maghribi confirmed that the university is proceeding with a careful methodology and strategy, to achieve its desired goals of distinction and uniqueness.
Speeches were also given on the graduates and their parents, through which the speakers expressed their confidence in the Libyan International University and its various faculties, foremost of which is the faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery, its dean, professors, and its scientific methodology, renewing its confidence in the university, and then the first batch was honored.
