Admission Requirements.
Requirements for admission to study at the LIMU university
Admission to faculties affiliated with the university for the purpose of obtaining a bachelor’s degree requires the following:
- The student must have a secondary school certificate or an equivalent certificate that is recognized and approved by the competent recognition authority.
- That the student be physically able to pursue studies in his major
- The student must have obtained the approved percentage for admission to the college
- If the applicant is a non-Libyan, it is required that the residence procedures during the study period be in accordance with the applicable systems, laws and regulations, and this condition is excluded when applying distance education in its full form.
- That the student pays the tuition fees in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in the university.
- The number of students accepted for study should be commensurate with the capabilities of each program.
- If the student applying for the study fulfills all the previous conditions, a personal interview will be conducted for him, and based on its results, whether or not the student will be accepted.
Colleges may also, in accordance with their internal regulations, conduct entrance exams for applicants to join the college - Submission of a declaration by the student and his guardian stating that they have read, in a clear manner, their ignorance of the list of study and examinations at the university, and the list of tuition fees, with an undertaking to abide by their commitment to the provisions contained therein.
Documents required for admission to the Libyan International Medical University
- An original form of passing the secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
- For students who obtained a high school diploma from international schools, the academic qualification is equalized by the Academic Qualifications Equivalency Committee of the Ministry of Education.
- A detailed birth certificate.
- blood type.
- Analysis of HIV / Hepatitis B.
- Four (4) colored personal photos.
- A certificate of good conduct from the last school the student attended.
- A copy of the passport, the page containing the information in English.
