The faculty of applied medical sciences still arranges voluntary field trips as part of its community service initiatives and emphasis on volunteer work for students. wherein the student must complete 40 hours of voluntary work in order to graduate from the university.
With the cooperation of the oxygen company for the management of total waste, the students in this context helped revive World Environment Day. The faculty’s students launched a campaign on Monday, June 5, 2023, in Al-Jalaa park to raise awareness of how to properly dispose of medical waste in households. The students gave the locals a pamphlet with explanations.
