“Al-Abaar” Presents a Dialogue on Medical Jurisprudence

As part of the School of Medical and Health Science‘s intellectual and cultural scientific
programs (Medicine Program), the National Unity Hall witnessed a dialogue on medical
jurisprudence presented by Dr. Saad Al-Abaar on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
The event was attended and participated in by heads of scientific departments,
members of the curriculum development committee, and the medical education
committee.
The dialogue, which witnessed great interaction and a rich positive discussion among
the attendees, covered the following topics:

  1. Definition of medical jurisprudence and its axes.
  2. Inclusion of medical jurisprudence in the curricula.
  3. References, philosophy, and methods of teaching medical jurisprudence.
  4. Medical jurisprudence and its relationship to the medical profession.
    Dr. Al-Abaar’s presentation sparked a lively debate among the attendees, highlighting
    the importance of medical jurisprudence in the field of medicine. Participants engaged in
    a thoughtful discussion on the ethical implications of medical practice, the role of
