AMS faculty Students at Al-Akid Lab / Benghazi
Second-year (clinical laboratory science specialization) students at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences AMS received a laboratory lesson this morning, inside
, in Biochemistry, accompanied by Professor Dr. Mohamed Hamza.
This visit comes in the application of the faculty plan to modernize and develop teaching methods and curriculum, enhance student s\’ research and knowledge skills, in terms of providing a leading learning and research environment that enables them to obtain abundant scientific knowledge and effective practical experience in the fields Scientific specialization, and implementation of IBL scientific research-based learning methods study dilemmas and debate management by studying realistic cases.
Biochemistry is one of the branches of natural sciences and specializes in studying the chemical composition of cell parts in different organisms, whether simple objects such as (bacteria, fungi, and algae) or complexes such as human, animal, and plant.
Biochemistry is sometimes described as life chemistry because biochemistry is linked to life, scientists in this field have focused on researching chemical reactions within living beings of different types by studying the cellular components of these creatures in terms of Chemical compositions of these components, areas of existence, and functions as well as studying the various vital interactions that occur within these living cells in terms of building and composition, or in terms of destruction and energy production, which greatly help to understand the tissues of consciousness The lighting and functions of living creatures.
