Soukina Asmida, a software engineering graduate from the Libyan International
University and Google Women Techmakers Ambassador for 2022, representing the
Women Techmakers Benghazi project, participated with distinction in Google I/O
Connect as a Google Community Member. Soukina attended workshops on Mobile,
Web, and Artificial Intelligence, and engaged in a one-on-one session with the Head of
User Experience Engineering, Google Switzerland, on accessibility, a scientific field
closely linked to the field of inclusive design.
This approach encompasses the concept of direct access, making things accessible to
everyone, regardless of whether they have a disability or not.
Soukina’s participation in Google I/O Connect highlights LIMU’s commitment to
