The Faculty of Engineering and Technology is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administrative and Financial Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the faculty’s administrative and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial and administrative reports.
- Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
- Assist in budget management and expense monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial and administrative regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments and units within the university to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and administrative management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
