Job Announcement: Administrative and Financial Manager

The Faculty of Engineering and Technology is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administrative and Financial Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the faculty’s administrative and financial operations.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial and administrative reports.
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget management and expense monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial and administrative regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments and units within the university to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and administrative management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
