On March 27, 2023, the National Council for Public Liberties and Human Rights signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Libyan International University for Medical Sciences at the International University. The MoU focuses on enhancing cooperation in administration, informatics, and human resources, and carrying out joint activities. The agreement also includes the exchange of consultations and information of common interest between the two parties. The signing ceremony was attended by various officials from both organizations, as well as a member of Parliament.
