The Committee of Curriculum Development at the Faculty of Medicine held its fourth meeting of the year this morning, where they discussed the objectives and standards of international accreditation of WFME approved by the World Federation of Medical Education, and deciding on beneficiaries to write a letter to the faculty depending on the criteria.

It is of note that the Faculty of Medicine always seeks to develop its curricula and study system, by reviewing the description of the curricula and modifying them in line with the educational program of continuous evaluation approved by the faculty, and benefiting from the results to develop the curricula and study requirements as well as educational support services.

It is also noteworthy that the educational program of the Faculty of Medicine is based on international quality standards and the application of the latest teaching and learning methodologies, as well as the reliance on the practical side and attention to professional behaviour which aims to graduate professionally qualified doctors in all medical specialities.
