Volunteerism in Action: Dental Students at Riad Al-Ma’arif

The Libyan International Medical University is committed to community service and volunteerism. On Thursday, November 16, 2023, fifth-year dental students from the university visited the Riad Al-Ma’arif School. The visit was part of the students’ required volunteer work and was sponsored by the Riad Al-Ma’arif Company.

The students gave a presentation to the students at the school about oral health, including how to brush and floss, how to prevent cavities, and the importance of regular dental checkups. The visit was well-received by the school’s administration, faculty, and students.
